Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TableDelights Edge (“the software”), published by Nutrishades Delights Pvt under the brand Delights.One, Hyderabad, India (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the software you agree to them.

1. Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software on the machine or machines your licence covers, for operating your own food-service business. The licence is issued for specific hardware; moving it to another machine requires a re-issue, which we provide as part of normal support.

You may not:

• copy, resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to derive its source code, except where that right cannot lawfully be excluded;
• remove or alter licensing, branding or security mechanisms;
• use the software beyond the staff, table or site limits your licence specifies.

2. Your data and your responsibilities

The software runs on your hardware and stores your business data there. You are responsible for that machine — for its physical security, for the accounts that can sign in to it, for keeping it powered and maintained during service, and for ensuring backups are configured and actually working.

We provide backup tools, including scheduled local and optional Google Drive backups, and the software reports when a backup fails. Configuring them, checking them and keeping a copy off the premises remains your responsibility.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of what you record in it, including tax information, invoices and any customer details you enter.

3. Third-party services

If you connect Google Drive for backups, your use of Google's services is governed by your own agreement with Google. What the software accesses, and why, is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the availability of Google's services or for changes Google makes to them.

4. Support and updates

Support is provided by the contact channels published on this site during the term of your licence. Updates and fixes are supplied at our discretion. We may discontinue a version, but we will not remotely disable working software you have licensed.

5. Payment and term

Fees, the licence term and what it includes are as stated on your invoice. Licences expire on the date shown; on expiry the software enters a restricted mode in which you retain access to your data and can still take backups, but cannot record new sales until it is renewed.

6. Warranty

We provide the software with reasonable skill and care, and we support it in good faith. Beyond that, and to the extent permitted by law, the software is provided “as is”, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a purpose we have not agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the software is limited to the fees you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or goodwill, or for loss of data where you had not configured and maintained the backup facilities the software provides.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Termination

You may stop using the software at any time. We may terminate the licence if these terms are materially breached — in particular the restrictions in section 1 — after giving you notice and a reasonable opportunity to put it right. On termination your data remains yours, on your machine, and you may export or back it up.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
